Welcome to Little Beijing Chinese Restaurant.
By placing an order, booking catering services, or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

We reserve the right to:

  • Decline or cancel orders due to unavailability of ingredients

  • Adjust preparation time during peak hours

  • Confirm bulk or catering orders prior to acceptance

Full payment or required downpayment must be completed before order preparation unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Packed Meals & Catering Orders

For bulk and packed meal orders:

  • Minimum order requirements apply (e.g., 20 packs for packed meals).

  • Cut-off time for next-day delivery is 6:00 PM.

  • Delivery fees apply and vary depending on location.

  • Changes to confirmed orders may not be accommodated within 24 hours of delivery.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather disturbances

  • Events beyond our control (force majeure)

3. Hotel, Daycare & Grooming Services (if published on same site)

For pet-related services (if applicable to this brand — remove if separate entity):

  • Operating hours must be strictly observed.

  • Early check-in and late check-out fees apply where applicable.

  • Clients must disclose relevant health or behavioral conditions.

4. Food Safety & Allergies

We take food safety seriously. However:

  • Customers are responsible for informing us of known food allergies.

  • Our kitchen handles common allergens including seafood, soy, wheat, eggs, and nuts.

  • We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Food should be consumed within recommended storage periods. We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after release or delivery.

5. Refunds & Complaints

All concerns must be reported on the same day of purchase.

Refunds or replacements are subject to verification and approval. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, menu items, and promotional materials — is the property of Little Beijing Chinese Restaurant and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Little Beijing shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Losses arising from misuse of products

  • Delays caused by third-party delivery services

  • Events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)
